Automatic food sterilization autoclave machine

 

1.Impulse spray disinfection, temperature evenly in the kettle

 

Setting the impulse spray device, the hot water spray assume wave type, and setting 45 angle spray nozzle on the four corner of every plate and setting  several multi-spray heads between each separate plate, carry through sector type spray disinfection, ensure temperature evenly in the kettle.

 

2. Adopt multi-segment warming, disinfection completely

 

  According to different products adopt multi-segment warming disinfection, multi-segment temperature drop, ensure all kinds of food original nutrition component undestroyed, keep the original color of the product unchanged.

 

3.Indirect heating prevent the pollution between the steam and the goods

 

The cycle water in the kettle through the cycle pump, is sent to the transmission for heating or cooling. Avoid the touch of the goods and steam and the cooling water, prevent the secondary  pollution, thanks to using the cycle pure water, the kettle internal surface and the goods' surface clearly brightly without furr and pollution.

 

4.Pressure to provide reasonable control fit on nitrogen packaging disinfection

 

Computer procedure autocontrol temperature, pressure on the balance of rise and lower, is essencial to the nitrogen package, glass bottle and plastic bottle, ensure not distortion, not fragmentation, make every product better disinfection.

6. F value measurement function

 

  RiTong compony according to different users' requirements, install the caculated functions that can dispose measurement F value in the disinfection kettle respectively, all the disinfection data, include the disinfection conditions, F value, time temperature -curve, time-pressure curve etc. may be saved or printed after dealing by the data-processing software, for the production management later.
