Product Description
Hanger Abrasive Shot Blasting Machine
1. Description
The Spinner Hanger Shot Blast Machine is the ultimate solution for treating small-sized or delicate parts. Its precision and gentle handling make it indispensable for maintaining the integrity of fragile components.
With unmatched operational flexibility, this installation caters to diverse work requirements, positioning itself as the quintessential machine for all your blasting needs.
Ingenious in design, the hook traverses and rotates within the machine, ensuring comprehensive exposure of workpiece surfaces to the abrasive action from strategically positioned wheels in the blast chamber.
2. Features
• Exhaust system: Engineered compactly with cartridges crafted from non-woven filtering media. It features an automated reverse pulse jet cleaning, maintaining a residual dust level of approximately 3mg/m³, adhering to most global standards without the need for an after filter.
• Blast wheels: With a unique expansive blasting pattern (see side drawing), it significantly reduces blasting cycle time, outperforming conventional spinner hangers both with and without oscillation systems, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
• Work doors: Two robustly built manual doors, crafted from welded structures mounted on bearings. They include labyrinth-type seals and a safety lock mechanism, ensuring no opening during blasting, thus prioritizing safety.
• Control panel: Housed within an armored enclosure meeting international standards, it features blast wheel amperage meters and an intuitive interface enhancing user operation experience.
• Optionals: Enhance functionality with available add-ons like frequency inverters for blast wheels, rotating or vibratory screens, and high-chrome alloy steel liners for steel grit abrasive media.
