In the process of wood preservative treatment,the most important and effective way is pressurization.Putting the wood into the wood preservative tank and injecting the antiseptic inside of the wood by pressure.

Work flow

The process of using an autoclave for products impregnation is fairly simple.
1.The first step is to use a vacuum to remove the air from the pieces of product.
2.The second step, non-harmful preservatives that are water-based or composed of other safe substances are then injected into the product. This is what gives the product the ability to last longer life and resist the harm caused by bugs, rain, and other environmental elements.
3.The last step is to dry the product so it can be processed for shipping.

Application Fields

The autoclave is used for building timber, door frames, window frames, shutters and other multiple materials. It make products anti-corrosion, inflaming retarding, long working life, and also change wood color.
