Introduction: 
This machine is suitable for mixing, kneading and dispersing chemical raw materials such as plastic, rubber, synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive and various low viscosity materials.



Working principle: 
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate under a certain speed ratio, and the material from the feeding port is clamped into the roll gap and squeezed and sheared by the rotor. After passing through the roll gap, it hits the "W" sharp edge of the mixing chamber and is divided into two parts. Respectively, along the gap between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors the material get back to the top. The material is sheared and mixed under a certain pressure and temperature in the closed mixing chamber to make the formula material fully disperse and plasticize, so that the formula can exert the best effect.
