Introduction of Control System Software
Our autoclave, engineered by Evertech, is equipped with a Siemens PLC controller featuring industrial bus communication, known for its superior anti-interference capability and extensive data handling. Our software integrates seamlessly with process requirements using a host computer + PLC control approach. This proprietary control method excels in precision temperature and pressure regulation, effectively preventing temperature spikes and optimizing cooling energy efficiency. Additionally, the system minimizes pressure valve operation, conserving air and reducing energy consumption. The host computer software offers real-time monitoring, alert notifications, comprehensive reporting, and recording of temperature curves, ensuring seamless equipment operation.
Autoclaves shine in their ability to accommodate various material productions, as long as the curing cycle, pressure, and temperature align with the autoclave's parameters. Their high-pressure adaptability is particularly advantageous for composite parts. Typically, parts are laid on one side of the mold and then vacuum-bagged. Subsequent pressure application ensures parts adhere firmly to the mold, with vacuuming intensifying this pressure. Thus, autoclave technology adeptly fabricates composite parts of diverse shapes, making it the go-to solution for advanced aerospace composite materials production.
Our company's autoclaved tank boasts exceptional high temperature and pressure precision, structural safety, reliable system stability, and low energy consumption. Its design simplification ensures ease in operation and maintenance. Modularized and serialized, it meets varied field requirements, processes, and specifications, establishing itself as the trusted equipment for contemporary composite materials research and production.
Our advanced composite autoclaves utilize pressurization and crosslinking for optimal thermoset material curing. The curing process is executed in two pivotal steps:
1. Initially, pressure is applied within a vacuum, and the temperature is incrementally raised to a moderate level, maintaining for a brief interval.
2. Subsequently, the temperature is elevated to reach the final cure stage, completing the curing reaction seamlessly.
Manufacturing our composite autoclaves demands cutting-edge components, meticulous detail orientation, and a steadfast commitment to quality control standards. Our dedicated team, comprising design, production, and quality control experts, ensures peak performance in meeting client specifications, thereby producing autoclaves that deliver exceptional results.
