This machine mainly includes body of machine, oil cylinder, work table, guide mechanism, hydraulic system, electric system and so on. The body of machine is welded by channel steel, and it adopts hydraulic transmission and electro-hydraulic interlocks.

This machine is usually connected with each other and single machines share one hydraulic oil pump. Each single machine can work seperatly, and will not influence other machines' work. There are 4/5/6/8sets of single machines connected with each other to make up a group. 6/8 sets of single machines together are the most common.

LLN-25/2 two-day-light hydraulic tube curing press is according to the technic characteristics of inner tube curing, takes hydraulic plunger vertically for the lower, hot plate, a hydraulic station can control six double inner tube curing machine.  In order to increasing the clamping force, getting stable and reliable machine operation with low noise, its electrical parts adopts two ways of manual and linkage, equipped with PLC control system, thus ensuring simple, and reliable operation.
