1.The main parts of the machine adopt welded steel structure,the base is welded from H type steel as a whole,to make the machine be convenient to install and repair,and surable.

2.The roller bearing has oil seal device,can be done many kinds of lubricating methods such as grease cup,grease pump,thin oil cup and thin oil pump cycle and so on..

3.The roller bearing adopts self-aligning roller bearing,except it can keep the running positional accuracy of the rollers and the accurate roller gap long time,the biggest advantage is energy saving:from the actual test we get that the bearing can save more than 20% than using nylon sleeve and other sliding bearing,if 8 hours' working time per day,it can save about 20000kwh per year,remarkable economical benefit.

4.This machine adopts hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer to run the rear roller directly(while the traditional machine adopts open big and small gears for transmission),so this makes the machine be compact structure,good-looking appearance,easy maintain,stable running,low noise,difficult to wear,long service life and so on.

5.With braking device,when emergency incident happens,press the stop button to brake hard,safe and reliable.

6.The roller gap adopts worm and gear to adjust,operation and effort,convenient and reliable.

7.This open mill rubber mixing machine adopts electric control to adjust rubber guide gap,with the features of convenientand accurate on operation,save both time and labour,civilized production etc.

Working Principle of 15.7'' rubber compound machine   :

The Glue Stock on the two rollers rotating reversely with different linear speed is pulled in the nip of the two rollers by the frictional force,with the reduction of the friction surface through the rollers,it is cut and extruded strongly;in the mean time,the chain scission and oxidation occurs under a certain temperature condition,increasing its plasticity,the aim of milling achieve.
