Working Principle of 15.7'' rubber compound machine :
The Glue Stock on the two rollers rotating reversely with different linear speed is pulled in the nip of the two rollers by the frictional force,with the reduction of the friction surface through the rollers,it is cut and extruded strongly;in the mean time,the chain scission and oxidation occurs under a certain temperature condition,increasing its plasticity,the aim of milling achieve.
