SVP Series belt vulcnaizing press is the world's preferred heavy weight sectional vulcanizing press. Offering great size for coverage of all splice lengths. wheterhr fabric or steel cord belt. The SVP is extremely protable that makes it as the priority number one in belt splicing industry.
1. Evertech pressure bag uniform pressure system suitable for a maximum pressure of 3.0Moa.
2. Customized Copper pipe cooling system within platens.
3. Silicone element fast heating system. It's one of the greatest advantage, heat distribution evenly and efficiently.
4. Automatic pressure pump, operating pressure above 90Bar.
5. SVP platens are customized as per customer's request, to accommodate various belt widths.
6. Light Aluminy alloy cross beams, high strength bolts and nuts suitable to exert a maximum pressure of 2.5Mpa.
7. Voltage: commonly 220V, 380V, 440V, 525V and 660V (We can also make as customer's special requrement).
8. Quick water cooling device: 15-20 minutes, From 145 degreen down to 80 degrees or even lower.
9. Heating time: from room temperature to vulcanization temperature, it needs about 20 to 30 minutes.
10. Heating platen surface temperature discrepancies: up and down 5degree.
11. The temperature adjustment range: 0 to 200 degree.
12. Automatic control box: insulating and waterproof, secruity alarm, Auto power-off when reach the vulcanization temperature.

1. ZLJ series belt vulcanizing press is composed of pressure bag, steel bolts, high grade aluminum platens and beams, Such belt splicing system is designed to be protable, easy to set-up and remove from the site.
2. Our machines are suitable for different fabric belts and wire roper belts of various sizes. Working pressure can reach to 200 PSI or above.
3. Perfect assembly of the top and bottom frames, steel made and easily adjustable to different belt thickness.
4. Heating system, it can reach fast heating of platens by means of silicone heating elemets. The elements get warmer evely to lock and compensate the loss of temperature, and at the same time, to avoid heat concentration in the middle-part.
5. Cooling system, water cooling system composed by a closed copper circuit, that helps water circulate all along the platens propelled by a water pump. This system makes the temperature lowering quicker, to reduce the time cost of end users.
6. Bolts and nuts, perfect assembly of the top and bottom frames, steel made, easily adjustable to different belt thickness.
Lightweight belt joint vulcanizing press

1. High tensile light aluminum alloy cross beams with high strength steel bolts and nuts with no welding.

3. Heating platen with lifting handles, build-in silicone element blanket, rising up to 180ºC within 20 minutes.

1. Splicing pressure id produced by interior compressor, maximum pressure 0.2Mpa(200KPa).
2. The maximum heating splice temperature 200ºC( 392°F).
3. Maintain a constant splice temperature (temperature holding time is adjustable).
4. Cool down to cooling temperature( this cooling temperature is one value that allows to take out the conveyor belt safety.)
5. If the belt is thick, it's able to use preheating temperature and preheating temperature holding time.
6. Through setting, it's to make the bottom temperature lower or higher than top temperature.

Rail-mounted spot repair
