Product Application

The vulcanization tank adopts temperature,pressure,and vulcanizing time for automatical controlling. It is a new type of vulcanizing equipment with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.And it can be 30%energy saving than ordinary vulcanization tanks.
The product adopts special stainless steel electric tube for fast heating and long service life.Uniform power distribution and group control,after reaching the set vulcanization temperature,it will keep one set for heating so that reducing cost and energy consumption.The integrated fan circulates back and forth in the tank through a high-temperature and high-pressure and diffuse heat evenly from front to back.The high temperature air circulates back and forth in the tank through the special wind duct.Ensure that the temperature inside the tank is uniform and there is no dead angle.

Application

1.It is mainly used in vulcanization of rubber products, rubber hose, rubber roller, SBR thermoplastic, etc.
2.Used in tire, rubber sleeve cable, rubber shoes, rubber hose, rubber roller, rubber belt, belt, conveyor belt, rubber ball, rubber lining, rubber cloth, rubber head, gloves, red flag, etc.
3.For SBR thermoplastic; bamboo carbonization degreasing, wood fire, moth, anti-corrosion, anti-deformation dipping treatment.
