3. Rollers are made of NiCrMo alloy steel through centrifugal casting, hardness is around HS76

4. Roller bearings are adopted with ZWZ, best brand in China, other brand is optional upon requirement

5. Roller bearing supports and glands are made of superior casting steel through annealing treatment

6. Frame is made of casting iron through annealing treatment, steel welding structure is also available

7. Bedplate is integral welding structure, made of superior steel through annealing treatment

8. Rducer adopts with precision hard gears secures high torque, low noise and extra long service life

9. Speed ratio gears are made of 42CrMo through heating treatment
