Horizontal Steam Heating Autoclave for Rubber Vulcanization
The vulcanization autoclave is a quick-opening type pressure vessel. The door seal of the autoclave is sealed by silicone inflatable sealing ring or internal pressure self-tightening rubber pad. Using manual or mechanical transmission device to lock and open the tank door, reasonable structure, easy operation, good sealing performance, uniform temperature in the autoclave, complete accessories.
Heating method: steam heating, electric heating, heat conduction oil heating.
- Rubber hose, rubber roller vulcanizing autoclave: mainly used for vulcanization of rubber products and recycled rubber desulfurization, styrene butadiene rubber thermoplastic, rubber hose, cable vulcanization, etc.
- Anti-corrosion, rubber lined vulcanization autoclave: large anti-corrosion rubber lined vulcanization autoclave, used for a variety of containers, steel pipe, pipe fitting, valves and other anti-corrosion rubber lining, as well as rubber cloth vulcanization process.
- Vulcanized shoes: vulcanized shoes outsole, strip and outsourcing first-class raw film and the upper bonding, in the vulcanization tank pressure and vulcanization molding.
- Tire vulcanization autoclave: for the production of tires and tire retreading industry in the vulcanization autoclave.
- Steamed yarn, cooling yarn vulcanization autoclave: suitable for sewing thread, long thread, cotton yarn, cashmere, trademark silk, acrylic yarn bunches, printed top and the other fibers vacuum heat setting.
- Carbonization furnace: also known as steam autoclave, mainly used for the carbonization of bamboo and wood, with high temperature/high pressure to separated and deform the organic matter of bamboo, retain the inherent high-density bamboo, good williness, strength and other properties, and make bamboo with flame retardant, anti-bending, anti-insect, anti-corrosion, clear texture and other characteristics.
It is mainly used for rubber tire retreading, reclaimed rubber desulphurization, wire, cable, tape, rubber rollers and other rubber products vulcanization, styrene-butadiene rubber thermoplastic refining, drying wood, Chinese medicine sterilization, oxidation of aluminum products, carbonization of bamboo products. Also widely used in the gypsum and its products and other materials autoclaving.

3. What is the after-sell service?
The guarantee time is 1 year after the customer get the machine. Within one year, we could offer free spare parts. video meeting training, if customer need, we could go to customer company for repair.
4. How about the quality control in your factory?
Evertech has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
