The Rotorless Rheometer is used to determine the characteristics of uncured rubber and find the suitable vulcanization time for the rubber material. The mold cavity of this machine adopts a new type of high temperature resistant and high-strength insulation material, with high temperature control accuracy, good stability and reproducibility. The opening and closing of the mold lifting door is controlled by pneumatic control. The structure of this machine is novel and in line with the trend of the times. The rotorless rheometer analysis system utilizes a graphical and visual software interface, flexible data processing methods, and fully embodies the highly automated characteristics.
The software interface is consists of five parts (Shown above)
1) The menu panel
Include of File(new data,save data ,load data ),Control(start test ,stop test ,start heat, stop heat,start motor ,stop motor ,multicurve, torque clear, delete data ),Setting(input ,refercurve ,curvecolor ,aotorun, standard, system ),Report and About.
2) The data panel
Display the practice data (torque, time, heat, connections), As well as unit conversion.
3) The curve panel
Display real-time display to read the curve and test curve.
4) The action panel
Shortcut keys, set the test number, material number, test time, test temperature, curvilinear coordinates, curves, color (including test number, material number, test time, test temperature, the curvilinear coordinates the Enter key to enter the settings to save the settings.
