Composite Autoclave System Composition:

Composite Autoclave is able to achieve temperature, pressure, vacuum , cooling, process parameters such as the timing of the cycle , real-time online control system equipment, consisting mainly consists of the following subsystems :
( 1 ) tank : the tank , the tank door mechanism , motor temperature , duct board insulation layer to form a high pressure , high temperature of the tank ;
( 2 ) Safety interlock device: automatic interlock by the pressure , manual interlocking , high pressure alarm device components.
( 3 ) Open the door device: Open the door manual electric dual-use design , the normal power outage shut down the tank door opens, the door is the most advanced way .
 ( 4 ) sealing device : cans door using silicone inflatable seals , high pressure 400 °. Never worn.
( 5 ) Pressure system : the compressor , tank , pressure control valves, piping, pressure transmitters and pressure gauges and other components transmission and control systems.
 ( 6 ) Heating system: stainless steel heating pipes , heat fan , duct board , insulation ,      temperature control system components, the maximum temperature of the heating power to meet the requirements of the cavity and the heating rate requirements.
 ( 7 ) Temperature cycling system: circulating fan , the air guide plate , the shroud component , accelerate heat transfer and circulation , a uniform temperature field.
 ( 8 ) Vacuum system: vacuum pumps, piping, vacuum gauge and vacuum valve composed for the package provides composite preform vacuum conditions.
 ( 9 ) Automatic control system: Siemens PLC control system, pressure , temperature, cooling the whole process parameters such as high-precision control and real-time recording.
