EVA Foaming Machine is used for foaming EVA, PE rubber, which are widely used in shoe material manufacturing, foaming floor, EVA mat, EVA puzzle, thermal insulation material, luggage liner, sporting buffer material, diving dress material and life vest material, etc.
EVA Foaming Machine Features:
1. Auto PLC or electric relay control, auto bumping
2. Fast plate closing speed, long time pressure retaining, back pressure retaining for better product quality.
3. Quick release valve make the opening speed very fast.
4. Plate is designed specially, which make temperature uniform on the plate.
5. Pressure relief when opening mould satisfy the technical for high, middle and low level products.
