A reactor can conduct a reaction under pressure inside its vessel, pressure reactor is a special application of a pressure vessel.
Introduction to two cleaning methods for high-pressure reactor There are two ways to clean the high-pressure reactor: mechanical method and chemical method. Different methods have their own advantages and precautions. Because they are very important reaction equipment in some production and are often used, they should be cleaned and maintained in a timely manner, and the cleaning effect should be good, which is conducive to the use of the next operation. Let's learn two cleaning methods together. Mechanical cleaning of autoclave: use high-pressure cleaning device to wash dirt with 150-200MPa high-pressure water through the nozzle. Mechanical cleaning will not corrode the equipment and can effectively clean hard dirt, but it takes a long time and has high labor intensity. Chemical cleaning of autoclave: first of all, know the scale sample composition in the reactor equipment, and it is better to take samples for analysis. After the dirt composition is determined, the test shall be carried out first, and the cleaning agent shall be selected. At the same time, the test shall be carried out to ensure that it will not cause corrosion to the equipment metal. Then, a temporary circulating device is erected on site to circulate the cleaning solution in the equipment to wash away the dirt. Chemical cleaning requires less labor, requires short cleaning time and is thorough, but may cause corrosion of reactor equipment. Therefore, chemical cleaning is applied to the working conditions with soft and thin dirt, and mechanical cleaning is applied to the working conditions with hard and thick dirt. We can also clean the autoclave manually. Although it saves cost, it is time-consuming. Therefore, there are two main methods for cleaning the autoclave. Before cleaning, we should take comprehensive protective measures to avoid adverse effects on our skin or respiratory tract. At any time, personal safety is paramount.

Advantages of Lab Reactor

 

1. It can conduct a reaction above the boiling point of a solvent. Increase in temperature can speed up the desired reaction, and also speed up the decomposition of reagents and starting materials.

2. Closed vessel with static magnetic seal (or also called static seal) can prevent releasing toxic gas and explosion, ensure both zero leakage and a safety operation.

3. The pressure can reduce the reaction volume, less solvent is needed, including the liquid phase, and in turn increase concentration and collision frequency, and accelerate a reaction.


The reactor lid and reactor body are connected by bolts and nuts on flanges, some times, quick open structure will be used for easy opening process.With water or gas circulation through cooling coil, temperature inside reactor kettle can be cool down quickly without opening kettle lid.
