Moving Die Rheometer/Rotorless Rheometer/Viscometer Rheometer for Accurate Viscometry
Structure Features:
This instrument adopts an imported intelligent digital temperature controller with high control accuracy, easy adjustment and setting, and can measure up to ± 0.1 ºC. After placing the sample, the set temperature value can be reached within one minute. Microprocessors can not only collect real-time signals from torque sensors, convert and process them, but also communicate with the interface of intelligent digital temperature controllers. The opening mold lifting door adopts pneumatic control. When the organic glass door is not closed, the system will not fit the mold and the microprocessor will not start (the motor will not rotate), which is safe and reduces the impact of personnel operation factors, ensuring the consistency of test results.
The Rotorless Rheometer is used to determine the characteristics of uncured rubber and find the suitable vulcanization time for the rubber material. The mold cavity of this machine adopts a new type of high temperature resistant and high-strength insulation material, with high temperature control accuracy, good stability and reproducibility. The opening and closing of the mold lifting door is controlled by pneumatic control. The structure of this machine is novel and in line with the trend of the times. The rotorless rheometer analysis system utilizes a graphical and visual software interface, flexible data processing methods, and fully embodies the highly automated characteristics.

1) The menu panel

2) The data panel
Display the practice data (torque, time, heat, connections), As well as unit conversion.
3) The curve panel
Display real-time display to read the curve and test curve.
4) The action panel
Shortcut keys, set the test number, material number, test time, test temperature, curvilinear coordinates, curves, color (including test number, material number, test time, test temperature, the curvilinear coordinates the Enter key to enter the settings to save the settings.
