Product Description
The machine is main device which is used in pressing and molding various rubber model goods and non model goods, it also can be used in pressing various heat solidify plastic and sparkling rubber and plastic goods. It has independent drive framework and electrical system, adopts button to centralized control. Working pressure and heating temperature can be adjusted in the range.
1. It has the function of automatic pressure retrieve and when oil pum stops overtime, oil way configure is more reasonable and reliable.
2. Heating pressure, vulcanize time, vulcanize pressure, pressure compensate can be set, and operating is convenient.
3. Fluid pressure oil jar is independent oil jar structure, exchange is convenient. Pillar adopts chilled cast iron, has high wearable and long life.
4. Use can configure and select machine type according to self characteristic request.
5. Heating plate adopts the oil type or electric type.

1.The payment term of our company.
The payment should be LC, T/T or D/P.
2. Will you install and maintaince the machine to customer company?
My company could offer the install at customer company, also my company could offer turnkey project.
3. What is the after-sell service?
The guarantee time is 1 year after the customer get the machine. Within one year, we could offer free spare parts. video meeting training, if customer need, we could go to customer company for repair.
4. How about the quality control in your factory?
Evertech has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
5 : Do you provide any spare parts with machine?
Yes, We will provide one set standard spare parts to customer according to different machines.
