Different shape of workpieces have different blasting angles, the automatically wheel blasting machines has not yet reached to the automatic level that blast cleaning different shape workpieces at different angle.

Another difficult work is the transportation of different workpieces at different weight, it will be a big cost waste of

Room Size
The right room size is dependent on the size of the largest workpiece you are trying to blast. The sand blasting room should be large enough to accommodate the largest workpiece and provide ample room for the blasting personnel to work. We recommend 1-1.5m of workspace around the blasting being blaster.

Room Structure
-- Whole room structure is welded by multiple square tube frames, max width of each frame is no more than 2 meters, this design makes whole structure more stable than old designs which only use square tubes at two ends of the room.
-- Wall is made by glass wool sandwich board, which has the feature of anti-flaming and noise reduction, wall thickness is up to 50 mm.
-- Walls are protected by high resistance rubber sheet with a max thickness of 5mm, average service time is up to 7 years.

Sandblasting pot
-- The pressure sandblasting pot could contain high volume of abrasives which allows continuous abrasive flow.
-- Advanced imported abrasive controlling valve, air pressure valve and pneumatic switch compose the reliable pressure sandblasting system.
-- The abrasive flow can be easily controlled by regulators, not only saving the abrasive but also reach high sandblasting effect.

Dust Collecting System
-- 2-level dust collector: settling chamber and cartridge filters. Cleaning efficiency is up to 99.5%.
-- Filter material from Donaldson, effective filtration area of each filter is up to 15 square meter .
-- Air shock valve with timing device can clean filters regularly.
-- Models from 30 to 224 cartridge and up to 100,000 CFM capacity.
