1. After confirm the order, within one week our technical department will design and provide the recycling line layout and its CAD drawing as per customer's factory size;
2. When machines reach customer's working site, we will send engineers to customer site for the installation, commissioning and professional training. The engineers will not leave until customer have no any questions.
3. During normal production, if have any questions, our technical department will provide full technical support to solve the
problem in time by online communication, phone call, video and email. If need, our engineers will go to customer site again.
