The Rubber Roller Covering Machine is designed and produced for improving the rubber covering process. Appropriate models can be selected for different industries. Advanced and mature technology will bring higher efficiency to the roller production.

Comparing with the standard rubber roller covering machine, the superior type equipped with
rubber covering thickess detector : the thickess of the coating is displayed in real time during the rubber covering process.
Strip temperature sensor : It shows the temperature of the strip comes out of the extruder, the operator can know the physical status of the rubber after extrusion and providing a reference to avoid over heating.
Industrial computer: to test and control the production process, mechanical and electrical equipment.

The automatic rubber roller covering machine is designed and produced for improving the rubber covering process. Appropriate models can be selected for different industries. Advanced and mature technology will bring higher efficiency to the roller production.
By cold feeding, the screw extrudes the rubber, and the cart walks uniformly to wrap the extruded rubber strip around the iron core, and then wrap it with high-temperature film or nylon water cloth.
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
