Product Description

 

This device can satisfy the requirement during mixing process of film cooling, slicing and laminating, etc. Form automatic production line with internal mixer or dispersion mixer and double-cone screw automatic feeding sheeting mill or open mill to reach the effect of continuous production operation. The film cooling mode can as per customer requirement adopt spray or immersion.
Structure feature

1. The unit can be divided into hanging type and mesh-belt type according to different process material of customers. The cooling unit consist of springy supports folding device, having realized automatic continuous operation with high efficiency.
2. According to the customer's requirement, vertical and horizontal blade cutter can be added. Cutting length is adjustable, application of parting agent will not cause environmental pollution.
3. Electrical control system used programmable logic controller(PLC). the unit used frequency-variable speed regulation, and speed can be adjusted based on ambient temperature and process requirements.

Working condition:

1.1Machine application: The rubber sheet from the Calendar or Twin Screw Extruding

Sheeter, soaked, cooled, dryed etc.

1.2Machine using condition: highest temperature 40°C, lowest temperature 5°C, highest relative humidity 95%.

1.3Power: AC380/220,50Hz,   cooling water pressure: 0.4MPa,  cooling pressure 0.7~0.8MPa
