Usage:

Used for plasticizing and mixing rubber or plastics and adding vulcanizing agent to tablets and tableting of rubber after mixing.Structure: Used Hardened gear reducer, single output shaft (new economical type) and double output shaft (new high configuration type) kind of structure.

Features: 1. It has the function of low failure rate, safety and reliability, and emergency stop and reversal. The reducer has low noise, small vibration, and smooth operation. On this basis, different configurations can be added according to customer requirements to achieve automated production. 2. The front and rear rollers are made of alloy chilled cast iron, with a working surface hardness of HS70±2. Structure: Hollow type. The roller is heated or cooled through the rotating joint on the end face. Comes with flange-type rotary joint and water inlet and outlet rubber hose. 3. The machine base is welded with high-quality steel, and is precision machined . 4. Electrical control: Main electrical components such as contactors and air switches are from well-known domestic and foreign brands.
