It can monitor temperature and pressure automatic real-time online according to the different requirement of the product forming process. The devices has the advantages of high measuring precision, wide adjustment range,good system stability, low energy consumption, simple operation and other advantages. It can completely replace the imported equipment.

Safety interlock, automatic opening/closing device, inner and outer rail car, abrasives, compressor, vacuum pump, air discharge device, a cooling fan, water-cooled motor, electric heating element, water cooling system and its control system. The main control panel can record and display the temperature and pressure. The pneumatic control includes all the pressure switch and pressure regulating device. Setting and monitoring the process reference can use computer system or instrument. The safety device comprises a safety interlock device, mechanical safety valve and overheating, over-voltage protection device.

Application

Autoclaves are applied to metal and nonmetal bonding component and aramid fiber composite products including high strength glass fiber, carbon fiber, boron fiber. Set example as follow: the door of the plane, fairing, airborne radome, bracket, wing, tail ect.
