Product Features:
1.The rubber pressurized bag is made by vulcanization molding, and it has clean appearance.
2. Under pressure, The rubber pressurized bag can be fully expanded, without secondary pressure, to ensure that the conveyor belt curing machine in the belt joints and repair process evenly under pressure, the bag can be safely used within 3Mpa, fully meet the requirements of curing machine joints.
3. Light weight, easy to use, The rubber pressurized bag has only a quarter of the old-fashioned water pressure board weight, and because of the expansion of the increase, the installation of equipment on both sides of the fixed bolt with a wrench just gently tightened can.
4. The effective pressure range, the rubber pressurized bag around only 2CM frame, relative to the old water board over 5CM of the border, effectively improve the pressure area, thereby enhancing the quality of vulcanization.

Conveyor belt vulcanizer, also called conveyor belt vulcanizing press or belt vulcanizing press machine. It's vulcanize equipment and tools for repairing & splicing of conveyor belt. It suits for various conveyor belt, such as EP, Rubber, Nylon, Canvas and Steel cord belt, etc.
The belt vulcanizer is dependable, lightweight and portable machine, which is widely used in the field of metallurgy, mining, power plants, ports, building materials, cement, coal mine, chemical industry, etc. Heating plates are available for rhombic, rectangular and modular type (two or more sets of heating plates together).
