Retort's Scope of application

Retort's Characteristics

1. Hot steam directly enters the kettle from the bottom of the boiler to sterilize food at high temperature, which is simple, fast and efficient; 2. It is equipped with a cooling device without sterilization dead angle, and the heat distribution in the sterilization stage is controlled at about ± 0.5 ºC; 3. Equipped with negative pressure safety device to avoid manual misoperation and form negative pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment; 4. Double safety valves and double pressure sensors are used to control and eliminate potential safety hazards; 5. Chain drive can be selected in the kettle to facilitate access to the basket and save manpower; 6. One key operation: press the sterilization key to complete the whole sterilization process; 7. After the equipment is disconnected and restored, the program will automatically restore the state to reduce losses;
