Monorail conveyor (hanging chain) / overhead rail / tunnel shot blasting machine is suitable for iron castings, steel casting, forging and stamping workpiece cleaning, particularly suitable for forging, casting workpiece cleaning, to remove the adhering sand, rust, scale, dirt of workpiece surface, make the workpiece presents clean surface, eliminate the internal stress of workpiece, improve the fatigue resistance, increase the workpiece painting adhesion, and eventually to improve workpiece surface and inner quality.As a rule, overhead rail shot blasting machine is offered either for batch and continuous processing.
This series has three types: continuous mix, step-by step and accumulating roller conveyor. The workpieces, along with the pendent chain, move continuously or step by step, or by accumulating roller conveyor transportating. they can stop at given position and shot blasting room. It is very easy and exact to finish the static loading/unloading and shot blasting works. the single hook can load capacity of 50-2000kg, accumulating roller chains has unique advantages:high efficiency and reliable operation.
It is particularly recommended for high output and in-line production and painting installations.

Q6: How many people are needed to run the Evertech's shot blasting machine?
A: For Evertech's standard blasting unit, one people will be enough. But for the custom complex production line integrated with shot blaster, the number of operators is varied according to the other accessory equipment and the whole line automaticity.
