Open rubber mixing mill is mainly used for cooking, rubber sheeting, gel breaking, plasticating and mixing.
Structure:
This machine is mainly has one based, frame, front and rear drum, gear, reducer, distance adjusting device, roller temperature adjusting device, a safety switch, an electric control system.
Alloy chilled cast iron roller material, having high hardness and wear resistance, roller temperature adjusting device, to the cylinder is filled with steam or cooling water or regulate the temperature of the roller, to meet the process requirements.
