1. It's a new type of vulcanizing. Temperature, pressure, curing time is automatic controlled. Using convenient, safe and environmental protection and no pollution.
2.The special stainless steel electric heating heating tube is adopted, and the heating speed is fast and the service life is long. Uniform power distribution and group control, retaining a set of heating after reaching the set vulcanization temperature, reducing product cost and energy consumption. The external line terminal of the electric heating tube is externally set to avoid the heat generated by the built-in wiring point, which is safe and reliable. The high-temperature and high-pressure integrated fan circulates back and forth in the tank to spread the heat evenly from front to back. The high temperature air circulates back and forth in the tank through the characteristic air duct plate. Ensure that the temperature inside the tank is uniform and there is no dead angle. The product quality in the tank is solved due to uneven temperature and pressure. The tank has a fast heating temperature, a uniform temperature and a constant pressure. After the working program is set, the control system automatically performs the tasks of temperature rise, heat preservation, vulcanization, etc., and an audible and visual alarm sound is emitted after the vulcanization is completed.

3.All the process is completed accurately by PLC control device.The vulcanization temperature and pressure can be pre-set and adjusted in the PLC system,including the heating process,the heat preservation and vulcanizaiton process,all these can be done just by the PLC touch screen,saving labor costs and ensuring the product quality.
4.The tank body adopts double-layer insulation,which saves 30%enegey more than ordinary insulation,avoiding enegey waste and protecting workers from being burn.
5.The tank door adopts high temperature silica gel for sealing,which has good sealing performance and ensuring no air leakage at the tank door.

Insulation

1.Reinforcing ferrule is sleeved on the tank to support the insulating cotton and the heating insulating board,and for the insulating cotton and heating insulating board are fixed with rivets.

Main Features

1.The door opening:The manual quick opening method,all operation steps can be completed easily by one person.The design is safe,fast,easy to operate,and efficient.It can be opened and closed normally during power outage.
2.Sealing Method:The sealing gasket is automatically inflated and sealed by compressed air during operation,the tank door will not leak out.When the door is opened,the air and the pressure in the sealing groove will be released,and the gasket can be back to the flange sealing groove automatically.Convenient and versatile,easy to maintain,sealing effect is obviously better than other methods.
3.The safety lock: 1)The automatic pressure interlocks When the pressure inside the tank reaches 0.01mpa,the floating chain automatically floats and lock the tank door,that can prevent the safety hazards caused by the workers' misoperation. 2)The manual interlocks The manual interlock must be opened when the door opened,otherwise the tank door can not be turned and the the tank door can not be opened, that solves the safety hazards caused by the misoperation of the worker. 3)The safety chain of sealing gasket As long as there is pressure in the sealing groove,the sealing gasket will firmly hold the flange.Only removing the pressure completely,the door can be opened.
