• about MACHINE TYPE AND SIZE

1. As you can see from these two pictures, the machine frame looks difference. One is steel frame, this type can be called frame type; while another is round steel tie bar, called column type, or pillar type. 

Besides type, rubber hot press machine has different mold clamping force(work pressure), different heating plate size and working layer. 

2. So when customers book this kind of machine. They can tell us how big working pressure they want, how big the heating plate size they want, and how many work layers they need. 

3.According to control method,  the machine has full atuto with PLC control and semi auto for choice.

Hydraulic Valves

The valves adopted here all are most reliable grade.

 

The hydraulic system can keep the pressure drop no more than 10% in one hour's time. There's no jam, no leakage.

The hydraulic system has auot pressure compensation function.

 

Oil Cylinder Piston and Seals

The oil cylinder is QT500 ductile iron casted. Piston adopts chiled hard alloy cast iron, seal adopts imported international quality sealing ring and dust proof ring, which ensures the service life and sealing effect.

Packing&Shipping

If the ordered quantity is not enough to a full container load, we'll use fumigation free wooden box with pallet base to ship the machine. Which is strong in long time sea transportation even with transshipment.

If the rubber press machine ordered get to full container load, we'll directly use container comet to my factory to load them.
