1 front taking-off device
The air cylinder control the swing of take-off shelf up and down, take off the rubber sheet from the pressing machine; the taking-off height is adjustable and keep synchronous speed with the pressing machine and hoisting device behind the pressing machine. The speed of transmission system is adjusted through motor and inverter.
2 pressing joint device
It has triplet, manual rotary valve and pressurized cylinder, drive the control pressing roll up and down via the manual rotary valve, and press the discontinuous rubber sheet together and make the rubber sheet continuous sheeting.
3 soaking pulp device (anti-adhesive bath )

4 clamping and hoisting device
It clamps and transports the rubber sheet coating isolator up to the air cool unit, it is entraining transportation has nylon module net. The sponge suction roll is mounted on the position of water outlet trough of rubber sheet for sucking the water on the surface of rubber sheet and making the isolator is taken away by the rubber sheet as little as possible, reduce waste.
5 air cooling device
It is made of machine frame, platform, cooling fan, hanging rod transporting device and wind deflector. The cooling fan has the low noise axial fan; hanging rod is stainless steel 304 and has the pin which protect the rubber sheet slide, it is driven by the motor and reducer; transportation speed is inverter regulation.
6 automatic pick-up device
The pick-up device has the automatic manipulator which is driven by the air cylinder and is put on above conveyor belt. It is used for picking up rubber sheet and transporting them to swing device. This set of device is driven and controlled by air cylinder and motor automatically.
7 rear taking-off belt conveyor belt
It transports the rubber sheet through the connectionless ring conveyer belt with pressure-distribution roll; transportation speed is inverter regulation. It transports the rubber sheet on the hanging rod to measuring and cutting device. The picking rubber platform is installed on the side of fan.
