Product Description

Rubber Kneader
Used for rubber or plastic plasticating and mixing or rubber and plastic blending. Economical, Energy-saving and Environmental friendly Rubber&Plastic mixing equipment.
Structure features:

1. Rubber or plastic stock can be plasticized or mixed in a closed and pressurized space with the temperature control so that the productivity is high and the quality is good and stable.
2. Optimization of the parameters such as the helical angle of rotor wings overlap length brings about even distribution of the stock.
3. All the parts in contact with stock are ground, plated with hard chrome and polished. The rotor wings are built up by welding with the abrasion-proof sintered carbide to resist abrasion and corrosion.
4. All the parts in contact with stock are of the jacket design where water/steam/medium oil is lead through to provide cooling or heating and can meet different requirements for the rubber or plastic mixing process.
5. Stock is fed through the rear door of the framework (or another port) and discharged by the mixing chamber tilting forward by 140°.  Such as design makes it possible to arrange the upstream and downstream process steps in a line and facilitates stock color changing and the mixing chamber cleaning.
6. The top is "W" type to facilitate adequate mixing or plastication of materials.
7. Electric control system used programmable logic controller(PLC), with functions of alarm, unload operation, manual/automatic conversion and chain safety protection.

Banbury Mixing mill machine
1. the rotor form is diversified, can meet different rubber mixing process requirements, can be selected according to need.
2. All the rotors, mixing chamber, discharge door, and the top ram and so on can be cooled through water circulation with large cooling area: With TCU, it can effectively ensure the mixing quality of various rubber materials.
3. All the surface of rotors, mixing chamber, discharge door, and other contacting parts with the rubber materials are built-up welded with hard alloy, then being plated hard chromium, wear-resisting and corrosion resistance.
4. The end face of the rotors adopts hydraulic sealing, the sealing specific pressure is adjustable, reliable sealing. 
5. The upper ram is pneumatic or hydraulic type, which can realize the constant pressure control.
6. The lower ram adopts drop-type with hydrulic drive, stable running, short opening and closing time; uses hydraulic cylinder to drive platform locking, with strong tight locking force, good self-locking and sealing property.
7. The drive system is diversified, with smooth transmission, low noise, long life and other advantages, its structure and speed can be can be selected according to the user's rubber mixing process.
8. This machine adopts intelligent control system, equipped with rubber mixing process, it can set functions according to different product requirement, suitable for different rubber material or different requirements, of the operators. The control system adopts the touch screen(the necessary operation buttons and switches outside the PLC man-machine interface are quipped with flat-head button switches) and the programmable controller touch screen can effectively transmit and display the operation of the host, and different pressure and speed can also be set according to different rubber materials.
9. This machine can store a variety of process programs, and can call out the appropriate process in real time according to the process requirements to achieve the effect of automatic rubber mixing. It can record the rubber mixing results within a week, and check out unqualified products.
10. The machine can be connected with the upper and lower auxiliaries according to the needs of users to realize automatic rubber mixing.
