1. Description
Tube/Pipes shot blasting machine is designed for processing of tubes/pipes, round bars, round sections, gas steel bottles and other cylindrical elements external surfaces. Shotblasting process allows easier and faster cutting and welding of steel semi-finished products with clean surface, multiple increases in durability of surface-protective applications as coating, painting and enamelling.
Workpieces move through the tube shot blasting machine on conical cylindrical conveyor or on conveyor with skew rollers. Such form of the conveyor provides simultaneous rotation and transition movement of the product through the blasting machine, which is a condition for evenly blasted surface. Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 5.5 to 30 kW providing efficient and quality shot blasting.
Shot blasting machine's robust housing is protected by wear-resistant shields made from manganese steel liners. Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the blasting machine in entry chamber and exit cleaning chamber.
