The main controller of the autoclave produced by Evertech adopts Siemens PLC controller, industrial bus communication, which is with strong anti-interference ability, large amount of data. The software fully combines of the process requirements , when using the host computer +PLC cantrol mode. a different control method developed by our company is adopted, which can control the temperature and pressure more accurately, and the temperature upsurge phenomenon can be effectively suppressed.And the cooling energy consumption is lower.Pressure valve operation frequency is low, which can save air consumption and reducecthg energy consumption. The host computer adopts computer and software monitoring, which can display alarm, report, record temperature rise curve in real time and monitor the operation of equipment.
One of the main advantages of autoclaves is that they are suitable for the production of a variety of materials, as long as the curing cycle, pressure and temperature are within the limits of the autoclave composite materials can be produced. Another advantage of autoclaves is their high pressure flexibility for composite parts. Usually the parts are laid on one side of the mold and then placed in a vacuum bag. Pressure is applied to the parts so that they are pressed against the mold. The pressure on the parts is further strengthened by vacuuming in the bag. Therefore, the autoclave forming technology can produce composite parts with different shapes. Because of the above advantages, autoclaves are widely used in the production of advanced composite materials for aerospace.

Our composite autoclaves incorporate pressurization and crosslinking to properly cure thermoset materials. The cure process includes a two-step process:
1. Pressure is applied in a vacuum as the temperature is raised to a moderate level and maintained for a short period of time.
2. Following this, the temperature is raised to the final cure temperature to complete the curing reaction.
