Autoclave is used for metal/Non-metal cementing component and resin ,high
strength glass fiber ,carbon fiber ,boron fiber ,and aramid fiber and other composite
component product .Composite autoclave moulding technology is that quality material
semi-finished product,honeycomb structure or cementing instruction are seal in the
mould by vacuum bag,putted in the autoclave,with vacuum and on-vacuum state
stage ,after heating up ,increase pressure ,heat preservation ,keep pressure ,and cool
and discharge pressure.
Mold molding process step instructions:
1, clean mold: clean the mold last time the use of residual resin, debris, to keep the mold clean and smooth
.2, mold preheating: the mold heat treatment.
3, apply ingress: in the mold groove coated with a certain amount of release agent, to prevent the after-heating molding products and molds glued together. 4, preparation: will be ready to make the product carbon fiber raw materials, calculate the raw material area, the number of sheetmaterials.
5, stacking material: the raw material layer of superposition, at the same time the superposition of the material pre-pressing, pressure into the shape of the right, hot pressure tank molding, the quality of a certain secret body.
