Composite material (also called a composition material or composite) is made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties that produce a material with characteristics different from the individual components when combined. Industrial composite autoclave is one of the effective and most applicable techniques for composite production. In the composite manufacturing process, the assembly of a two-sided mold set that forms both surface of the panel is placed into the industrial autoclave which provides both required elevated pressure and elevated temperature.

Carbon Fiber cure Oven System Composition:

1.Tank
The tank consists of tank body, door, high-temperature motor, insulating layer and so on, All these form a tank which can resistance high pressure and high temperature.
2.Safety interlock device
Safety interlock device include high pressure automatic interlocking, manual interlocking, and ultra-high pressure alarm device.
3.Door sealing device
Adopted silicone inflatable gasket, can resist high temperature 400 ºC.
4.Pressure system
It includes a compressor, a gas storage tank, pressure control valves, pipeline, pressure sensor, pressure gauge and so on.
5. Heating system
Use heating tube as heating source.
6. Temperature cycling system
The circulating fan, a wind guiding plate and a diversion cover form a uniform temperature field.
7. Vacuum system
It includes of vacuum pump, pipeline, vacuum gauge and vacuum valve.
8. Automatic control system
Adopting SIEMENS PLC control system realizes high precision control of the pressure, temperature, cooling and other process parameters and real-time recording.
