5. Structure of Used Tire Cutting Machine :
This machine comprises a sturdy frame, powerful motor, auxiliary drive plate, sharp blade, precise screener, and efficient feed room. When materials enter the crushing chamber, they are simultaneously cut by eight dynamic knives and four stationary ones until they fit through the screener. Oversized materials are re-cut until the desired size is achieved. The distance between the moving and fixed knives can be adjusted to accommodate different material sizes.
