This sealing method is remarkably convenient, versatile, easy to maintain, and surpasses others in effectiveness.
3.The safety lock: 1) The automatic pressure interlocks: When internal tank pressure reaches 0.01mpa, the floating chain instantly engages, securely locking the tank door to prevent potential safety hazards from operational errors. 2) The manual interlocks: The manual interlock must be activated before opening the door, ensuring the tank door remains immovable, eliminating risks from accidental misuse. 3) The safety chain of sealing gasket: As long as pressure exists in the sealing groove, the gasket firmly grasps the flange. Only when the pressure is fully released can the door be opened.

Insulation process of the autoclave

1. Pre-drilled holes facilitate the subsequent insulation steps within the tank.

4. Insulation boards are welded around the tank to conclude the insulation process effectively.
