The flow of this line:

waste tire→ring cutter→strip cutter→block cutter→steel separater→rubber  crusher→rubber grinder→final products (rubber powder)Ring cutter: 1.Make tire side and tire top joint use a knife to slice;

                          2. Make the side of the tire and tire top complete separation.

Strip cutter: Cut the tire into strips, tires circle mouth retained.

Block cutter: Cut strip tires into 3--5 centimeters square blocks.

Steel separater: Make tire of coarse steel mouth circle parts with rubber complete separation.
