solid waste. In order to protect the environment and reduce the wastetrubber pollution to 

environment, realizing the recycling and reusing of waste rubber, especially waste tyres is of

 greatnecessity. Carrying out the recycling and reusing of waste tyres is the effective way of 

changing waste to treasure,disadvantage to advantage, avoiding the waste rubber pollution to 

environment; is the method of developing economyto make waste rubber to be recycled and reused; 

is the base of fulfilling International Environmental Conventions and Agreements and doing 

environment good foreign affairs.

 

The flow of this line:

waste tire→ring cutter→strip cutter→block cutter→steel separater→rubber  crusher→rubber grinder→final products (rubber powder)Ring cutter: 1.Make tire side and tire top joint use a knife to slice;

                          2. Make the side of the tire and tire top complete separation.

Strip cutter: Cut the tire into strips, tires circle mouth retained.

Block cutter: Cut strip tires into 3--5 centimeters square blocks.

Steel separater: Make tire of coarse steel mouth circle parts with rubber complete separation.

Rubber crusher: 1.Make powder for the first time sorting (5-10mesh);                                      2. Used to transport powder not reached mesh request return to host continue to broken;

3. Make the finished powder separation (10-40 mesh);

4. Make the metal wire powder extraction separation.

Rubber grinder: make the 40mesh rubber powder into 80-120mesh.

Brief introduction:

This machine widely used in all kinds of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, plastic and other material

 powder processing. The main parts include: the main grinding machine, aggregate tube, draft fan, 

cyclone separator, electric control cabinet, etc.

Structure principle:

The main grinding machine consists of frame, main motor, the infinite variable speed motor,

 conveying mechanism, adjusting mechanism and a pair of moving grinding disc, etc. Its basic

 principle is through the relative motion of the two mill, grinding material shear, and reach

 the goal of crushing. By wind and water cooling control grinding temperature, ensure the 

quality of powder materials. Choose CVT conveying mechanism, according to different materials 

to adjust the corresponding feed speed, so as to achieve the best product requirements.
