Product Description
This product is characterized by double mold, frame type, independent unit, hot plate heat, full hydraulic type central mechanism, vertical rising and falling upper vulcanizing chamber( beam does not rise and fall) and top single cylinder pressure mold locking.
The machine is suitable for installing segmented mold and two halo mold. It is used to cure a new type of wide section and all-steel PCR tires with bead diameter of 12-24 inch. It can meet the nitrogen and steam vulcanizing technology.
The customer can choose two positions four points post cure inflator, one position tire storing device, pneumatic or electric two positions tire storing device, penumatic or electric three positions tire storing device and so on.
The electrical control system adopts PLC as the core of real-time control. It use industrial touchscreen as HMI which can set up, collect, save, alarm and check the parameter. It has Ethernet interface and supports the vulcanizing cluster network.
The hydraulic control system used one hydraulic station to save one set or more than one set of vulcanizing machines. The control of oil pressure and flow adopts proportional control technology. Technical parameter.

The guarantee time is 1 year after the customer get the machine. Within one year, we could offer free spare parts. video meeting training, if customer need, we could go to customer company for repair.
4. How about the quality control in your factory?
Evertech has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
