Features
§ Wood treatment equipment apply to be preservation, termite proof and to prevent fungal. Especially outdoor wood floor, landscape floor, outdoor wood platform and wood plank road and other preservative wood pergola. 
§ This treatment equipment have special craft for wood, such as: vacuum pressure method, fullcell method, high low frequency pressure as so on. Especially vacuum pressure method. The preservative level can get C4.
§ You can use CCA and ACQ two kinds of preservative match our wood preservation equipment. 
§ PLC is a new intelligent control wood preservative system, which make the wood preservationequipment to be easy, and to be safety, to be reliable. Meanwhile, Even if the wood don't be push out, this can accurately calculate if the preservative is permeated in the wood.

Principle
It combines vacuum and pressurizing.
§ Vacuum: suck out air out of tank and wood cells, which makes it easy for chemical agent to be absorbed into wood cell.
§ Pressurizing: help chemical agent go into wood cell with pressure.

Working process
§ Inicial vacuum:suck air out of tank and wood with vacuum pump and keep the vacuum status 15minute to 1 hour according to treatment aims. Vacuum status is good for agent liquid goes into wood.The vacuum degree can be 0.098MPa.
§ Agent liquid adding: under condition of vacuum pump agent liquid into tank.
§ Pressurizing:When tank is full of agent liquid, pressurize tank with pressure pump.The pressure inside tank will rise slowly to rated pressure.Then keep the tank under rated pressure until wood have absorbed enough agent liquid.
§ Pressure discharging:When wood have absorbed enough agent liquid,discharge inside pressure and agent liquid that have not been absorbed. 
§ final vacuum:when the rest agent liquid has been discharged,suck air out of tank and wood with vacuum pump again to make redundant agent liquid exude from wood cells or surface to avoid liquid drops.
