1. Product Description
The automatic recovery vacuum sandblasting machine uses compressed air as power to jet the abrasive to the surface to be treated at high speed. After abrasive impact, the surface rust, molding sand, black skin, paint skin, oxide skin and other debris are peeled off to reduce the original color of metal or non-metallic workpiece. The surface is provided with the cleanliness and roughness required by the technology. The sand and dust are separated automatically by the sand dust separation system The separated abrasive continues to be recycled, and dust, rust and sand are collected into dust collecting bucket. Under the control of the hand switch, all the work of equipment such as sand blasting, recovery, dust separation, sand material circulation, dust filtration and so on is "one in one breath".
Vauum sandblasting machine has the characteristics of environmental protection, high performance, wide use, convenient movement, safety and efficiency, and has been well known in shipyards, steel structures, foundry, machinery plants, locomotive factories and spray plants.
