Intelligent temperature controller adjustment: Using an intelligent digital temperature controller, the working status of the heating device is automatically controlled according to the set vulcanization temperature. When the temperature inside the tank is lower than the set temperature, the heating source, such as electric heating tubes steam inlet valves, etc., will be automatically turned on; After reaching the set temperature, the heating source will automatically turn off to ensure the accuracy and stability of the temperature.

Heating method selection: Common heating methods include heating air with electric heating tubes, generating steam by electrically heating water, and direct heating with steam. Different heating methods are combined with corresponding control systems to meet the vulcanization temperature requirements of different rubber products. Pressure sensor monitoring: Real time monitoring of pressure data inside the tank using pressure sensors and transmitting it to the control box, allowing operators to have a clear understanding of the pressure situation.

According to the set pressure program, the pressure inside the tank is controlled through an automatic valve. When the pressure is lower than the set value, automatically open the intake valve to supplement the pressure; When the pressure exceeds the set value, the exhaust valve will automatically open to release pressure and keep the pressure within the set range.Automatic valve control:

The tank body is designed with a safety valve.When the pressure reaches the upper limit of the design pressure, the safety valve automatically opens to release the pressure inside the tank, preventing safety accidents caused by excessive pressure.Safety valve protection:
