1. Description
Ventilation of the spray booth
Evertech spray booth has several ventilation systems which provide better painting conditions. All the filter systems and air exhaust systems underneath create a efficiently vertical air flow; and this air flow distribute inside of the booth evenly; then this air flow make overspray removing away from the vehicle immediately and completely.
Air recirculation on baking model
100% of the air produced by the fan is transported into Evertech spray booth during the baking model; and only 15%-20% is expelled outside which means the balance 85%-80% is recovered and filled up with fresh air by means of the changeover damper.
The inner temperature of the Evertech spray booth raises rapidly; Then the heating system will power off at once when it reaches at baking temperature, this will save more energy.
Lighting
The lighting system is provided by four*36W light fixed in the ceiling panels and side walls. They are sealed with 5mm tempered safety glass. Evertech spray booth lighting system is able to supply enough lighting with lower energy consume safely.
Filters
The filtering system is made up by high-efficiency filters. The filers hold higher dust retention capacity and lower resistance to the air passage. The long life designing reduces frequency of replacement, which is contributing to reductions in running costs.

Q. What should I expect from a new spray booth?
A. Filtration: Quality finishes require clean contaminate-free air which is accomplished by proper air filters. Prior to air entering the booth, EVERTECH uses pre-filters to capture large particles and debris, and high-efficiency intake filters to filter out any remaining dirt and dust particles. The air is filtered again before it is recirculated or exhausted from the booth.
Airflow: Proper airflow in the booth is accomplished by creating a flow of air that envelops the vehicle during booth operation. This airflow is responsible for carrying away paint overspray during the refinish process, and air movement during paint curing.
Lighting: Another key element is bright, shadow-free lighting throughout the booth. EVERTECH utilizes color-corrected light fixtures, in the proper quantity and correct location. This creates an environment that allows for proper color match and paint flow identification.
