The equipment for recycing waste tire

 

The complete equipment is at room temperature without any pollution, is using physical methods to break down waste tires info steel wire and rubber particies or powder, it can re-use of waste tires into renewable resourees, "black gold".

 

Equipment composition: a tire cutter, a strip cutter, a lump cutter, a bead wire separator, a shredder for rubber, a large belt conveyor, a small belt conveyor, a large vibrating sieve, a small vibrating sieve and a set of magnetie separation equipment.

 

The technological flow of Processing lion:

 

 

Waste tire -- tire cutter(tire side-wall,tire crown)-- strip cutter (rubber strip) -- lump cutter (rubber lump) -- shredder for rubber -- separation equipment -- rubber power, steel wire (final products).

 

Purpose:

Waste tire recycling system is used to shred waste tire into rubber powder.

1.Ring cutter

 

   This machine mainly used to cut the sidewall of steel wire tire ,and then to the next step of segmentation .First, put the tire on the platform, then rotate the hand wheel , the three claws will stick the inner tire firmly ,Second ,Starting power,work platform will rotation ,cutting tool according to need to cut tire slowly step by step . until the tire side cut off.

Usage:

  It could be applied to cut all kinds of rubber blocks and strips. It is good for cutting rubber tyre, rail tyre, rubber strips etc.  

 

Construction & Principle: :

 

It mainly consists of the motor, cutting blades, static blades, frame, oil cylinder, hydraulic system, control box, etc.

 

Its basic principle is: The oil cylinder and hydraulic system are driven by a motor. Put the tyre without wire bead on the stand of the static blades. The tyre is fixed by locking arms tightly then cut by the blades driven by oil cylinder. The tyre is cut into several blocks, which will be more easily crushed or shredded for the next process.
